Abstract Submission

You are requested to submit two items:
1. Short Abstract: Up to 500 words, Used for program organization
2. Full Abstract (for public release) : PDF format, A4 size, 1–2 pages, including figures and tables.
Please use the sample file below as a reference. Abstract submissions must be made through the Confit site.

Note:
To complete your abstract submission, you must upload the abstract—prepared in the designated format—as a PDF file to the Confit system. If the public abstract file has not been uploaded, your submission will be considered incomplete. We kindly ask all participants to verify that their abstract has been correctly uploaded and that the submission process is fully completed.

Registrations

Please press the button below to move to the Confit Conference Management System. In the Confit system, you can complete all registration procedures for ISS2026 and submit the presentation title, authors, affiliations, and the abstracts. Registration for the banquet for all participants is also possible through Confit. Furthermore, you can pay the symposium registration fee and banquet fee via credit card. If you prefer bank transfer, please contact the ISS-Secretariat for details on payment methods. The ISS2026 Program will be finalized on November 13. After this date, no refunds of the registration fee will be issued under any circumstances.

Additional Publication Fee

The publication fee for papers in the IOP Conference Series is free for one paper per author. For the second and any additional papers, a publication fee of JPY 20,000 (tax-exempt) per paper is required.
If you wish to submit two or more papers, please pay the additional paper fee through the registration system.

Exhibition rooms will be prepared for exhibitors at the ISS2026 symposium venue. Each exhibition booth will be approximately 3.6 m wide, 1.8 m deep, and 2 m high. Two chairs and one 1.8 m-long table will be provided. A 100V/15A power supply and a white tablecloth will also be available. In addition, the exhibitor’s company name will be displayed as a booth sign.
Exhibitors may also set up a free web-based exhibition space on the ISS2026 website.
If you wish to participate in the exhibition, please fill out the ISS2026 Exhibition Application Form. After your registration is completed, we will provide information regarding the payment method.

WEB Exhibition

JPY 55,000 (tax included)
The web exhibition will be provided on the ISS2026 homepage. It will allow participating companies to showcase their logos and introduce their products.
