
On-site Exhibition
Exhibition rooms will be prepared for exhibitors at the ISS2026 symposium venue.
An exhibition booth will be approximately 3.6 m wide, 1.8 m deep, and 2 m high.
Two chairs and a 1.8 m-wide long table will be provided. A 100V 15A power supply and a white tablecloth will also be available. In addition, the exhibitor’s company name will be displayed as a booth sign.
The participation fee for the on-site exhibition is: 330,000 JPY (Tax Included).

WEB Exhibition
The WEB exhibition will provide an online venue on the ISS2026 homepage.
Companies joining the WEB exhibition can showcase their logos and product introductions.
The participation fee for the WEB exhibition is: 55,000 JPY (Tax Included).

All participants of ISS2026 sincerely appreciate the official sponsors.
Official sponsors will have their company names introduced on the ISS2026 homepage and Symposium Venue. Please note that no additional benefits are provided.
The official sponsorship fee is: 500,000 JPY (Non‑Taxable).
Those wishing to become official sponsors should fill out the ISS2026 Official Sponsorship Application Form.

Note: All individuals who will attend the symposium to provide explanations at the exhibition booth must complete their registration for ISS2026. Up to two booth staff members may register for ISS2026 free of charge. For details, please refer to the Registration page.
Exhibitor Eligibility: Applications must be submitted using an official institutional or corporate email address. Applications from free email services (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com) may not be accepted unless the applicant's affiliation can be independently verified by the Organizing Committee.
Relevance to the Conference: ISS2026 welcomes exhibitors whose products, technologies, services, or activities are directly related to superconductivity, quantum technologies, electronic devices, cryogenics, measurement systems, materials research, and other fields within the scope of the conference. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject exhibition applications from organizations whose products, services, or activities are not directly relevant to the superconductivity industry or the scientific and technological scope of ISS2026.
